Everything we do, and what it costs

The whole price list, published. No consultation required to find out what something costs, no packages that only exist in a sales conversation. Recurring plans carry the business; projects are quoted flat and approved before anything starts.

Plans

Two plans carry everything. The indented lines are the scope conditions on each — what happens if you go past what the plan includes.

ServiceWhat it coversPrice
The Tech Department Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace administration — accounts, licenses, mailboxes. Remote help desk, Mon–Fri 8am–5pm Pacific. Computer updates — Windows, Mac and application security patches applied on a schedule so known holes get closed rather than ignored. Backup checks — verifying your backups actually run and would actually restore. Website care including 15 minutes per week of content updates. Newsletter and social scheduling — a weekly email newsletter built and sent, plus up to one social post a day across up to three channels, all from content you provide. The monthly report and a quarterly review call. Up to 15 staff seats.

Commit to 12 months, billed monthly, and a custom website of up to 20 pages is built at no charge. No setup fee and nothing due up front — the site is built into the monthly plan. Month-to-month clients get their existing site cared for instead, at the same price.

• Additional seats Beyond the 15 included. A seat is a staff member with their own mailbox — volunteers on shared accounts do not count. $15

Add-ons

ServiceWhat it coversPrice
Design block Up to six finished graphics a month — event promotion, class and small-group announcements, meeting notices, bulletin art — built from copy and photos you provide. Each one delivered in every size you need: social, lobby screen and print. Unused pieces do not roll over; a church that needs more buys a second block or pays per piece. $149
/month
Sermon slides Four sermon presentations a month, up to 20 slides each, built from the outline and scripture references you send. Due to us by Thursday noon. A fifth Sunday in the month, or a deck running past 20 slides, is $50 — quoted before it is built, never absorbed. For churches that genuinely cannot staff a volunteer; the slide template system below is the better answer for everyone else. $149
/month

How billing works

Payment

Credit card on automatic monthly billing, charged in advance. No surcharge for paying by card. Projects are invoiced as agreed in the quote.

Hardware and licenses

We research it, recommend it, and send you the exact item and where to get it — you place the order in your own name. Nothing passes through us, so there's no markup and everything you buy belongs to you.

Anything not listed

Work outside a plan that's too small to be a project is quoted before it starts, and you approve the number first. You will never get an invoice for something you didn't agree to.

Broken things are covered. New things are quoted.

If something that's supposed to work has stopped working, fixing it is what your plan is for — no ticket charges, no hourly meter, no argument about whether it counts. If you want something built that doesn't exist yet, we quote it flat and you approve it before anything starts.

Not sure which fits?

Tell us what your church is dealing with and we'll tell you plainly what we'd do about it — and what it costs before anything starts.
